The Everett Discord, managed by the same crew behind r/Everett, is a local chat for real-time updates, neighborhood talk, and everyday conversation. Reddit is great for long posts and archives — this is for the “what’s happening right now” side of Everett life. The #bangboompop channel catches reports of sirens, booms, and odd sounds; #local-events is for concerts, meetups, and public happenings; and #general is where most of us hang out to share photos, weather updates, and random conversation.

Other spaces cover hobbies, local food, small businesses, jobs, and civic discussion. It’s a place to meet neighbors, plan events, or just talk about life in the city by the bay.
