Welcome to Our Little Internet! Sure, you’ve been on the Big Internet, and for awhile you actually kind of liked it. But boy, lately it’s just a major, major drain. Lately it takes your poor brain in its jaws, gives a vicious shake, squeezes all the juice out, and flings the damp leftover onto a crap heap. (This is how actual psychologists prefer to describe Big Internet’s effects!) Well, we don’t even own a crap heap here on W.A.S.’s Little Internet. There’s simply no call for one. Brains enter here — usually they’re all sweaty and flushed, cuz stepping off of Big Internet — and they can finally, finally relax. Finally talk about the important things: music, the other (lesser, but still good) arts, W.A.S. shows, et cetera. This is a place to have some fun. Let your hair down, or get a haircut. Or dye your hair, cut it off, glue it to a Chris Pine doll, and upload the pix. We like art and beauty here. (See the “no-nos” for things we can’t abide.) And that’s about it.
